Our Customer Service Representatives are a very important part of our family. You will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond.
Your Responsibilities:
- Handle and carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening
- Appropriately communicate with customers

What We’re Looking for:
- Advanced conversational English (95% -100%)
- Over 18 years of age
- 1-year Customer service experience (Not necessary)
- High School Graduate
- Full or half time availability
- Modem with ethernet connection and 20 megabytes of speed
- To work from Monday to Sunday (one day off per week )
